Terms and Conditions for Thrive Youth Collective
1. Program Overview:
- Thrive Youth Collective] (hereafter "the Program") is designed to provide mentorship and guidance to young individuals by experienced mentors.
2. Participant Eligibility:
- Participants must be 14-21 years old to join the Program.
- Mentors must meet the criteria set forth by the Program organizers.
3. Mentorship Matching:
- The Program will match mentors and mentees based on shared interests, goals, and preferences.
- Participants have the right to request a reassignment if the mentoring relationship is not a good fit.
4. Responsibilities of Mentors:
- Mentors are expected to provide guidance, support, and encouragement to their mentees.
- Mentors should maintain confidentiality and respect mentees' privacy.
5. Responsibilities of Mentees:
- Mentees are expected to actively engage with their mentors and be open to guidance and advice.
- Mentees should respect mentors' time and expertise.
6. Communication:
- All communication between mentors and mentees should occur through official Program channels.
- Inappropriate or offensive language or behavior will not be tolerated.
7. Duration and Termination:
- The mentoring relationship will last for a period of 12 months, with the option for extension upon mutual agreement.
- The Program organizers reserve the right to terminate the mentoring relationship if there is a violation of these terms or if participants' safety and well-being are at risk.
8. Liability:
- The Program organizers are not liable for any actions or decisions made by mentors or mentees during the mentoring relationship.
- Participants are encouraged to seek professional advice for specific issues outside the scope of the mentoring relationship.
9. Confidentiality:
- All information shared during mentoring sessions should be treated as confidential unless explicit consent is given to share specific information.
10. Amendments:
- The Program organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.
